This position is responsible for Precision Workstation product financial & share performance in China's Public sectors (Government, Education, Healthcare, Media).
Key responsibilities include:
1. Co- develop (with Client Brand Marketing) LOB 3-year strategic & bi-annual operational marketing plan
2. Ownership for Top-100 LOB Acquisition, Development & Retention account performance, including:-
o Developing account & 1-to-1 marketing strategy
o Performance tracking & executive-level performance reviews
o Direct engagement with customer decision makers ie CXO Level, IT Manager
3. Weekly LOB large-bid performance management & reviews
4. LOB Evangelist, Industry events & PR, AR briefings
Principal Responsibilities
1. Country subject matter expert in relation to workstation client products including Fixed, Rack mount and Mobile Precision products as well as fully ruggedized mobile products. (Beyond technical specifications, a strong understanding of ISV applications and industry suitability as well as deployment and manageability knowledge)
2. Sole responsibility for achievement of quarterly goals on Public Precision and Latitude XFR LOB’s, input to the quarterly planning essential.
3. Enable the Account Executives to effectively sell your products, via regular training sessions in team meetings, Dialogue sessions and co presenting at customers sites.
4. Understand the sales engine, and its requirements to achieve goals, be a key enabler to quickly and effectively respond to Sales requests.
5. Develop strong and meaningful relationships with customers directly.
6. Partner with the brand team to co-develop marketing strategies
7. Attend periodical PG team calls to ensure you have full visibility to future products, services intended for your LOB’s & are influencing to ensure optimal roadmap for your georgraphy
8. Be aware and understand all of the company product offerings, Mobility, Imaging, Consumer and Enterprise products, and be comfortable discussing all.
9. Continue to enhance and develop the scope of the role with fellow Client technologists, BDMs and Brand Managers.
Essential Other:

Extensive IT industry or industry ISV vertical knowledge essential (6-8years)
