The Legal and Corporate Affairs IT organization is looking for highly-motivated Test Engineers to join world-class testing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for 1) preparing and executing on testing approach, 2) reporting and following defects through to proper resolutions, 3) working collaboratively with the project and global teams - to deliver on-time, state-of-the-art business solutions with quality.

As an LCAIT Test Engineer in the company, you will be tasked with understanding the functional and technical details of an application, and then determining the appropriate testing approach for the defined scope of work. For all projects, you will drive discovery of defects through multiple testing types - functional tests, database tests, documentation/technical reviews, security tests, performance tests, etc. You will strive for timely and accurate completion of testing milestones following defined processes. In the test engineer role, you must demonstrate collaborative teaming skills in a global environment, effective communication on project status/issues, and creativity in problem solving. Exhibiting keen enthusiasm for the testing discipline is a must!


Job Responsibilities and Deliverables:
• Cross group communication:
Help on clarify the requirement and business scenarios.
Work closely with dev to feedback design and help on identify the bug and potential issue.
Collaborate with OPS team on deployment and environment issue.
• Own testing of assigned features and interfaces of application.
• Develop high quality test case and implement the testing with appropriate test methodology. E.g. Automation testing.
• Document and communicate test approach using standard processes for Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reviews.
• Validate features against functional and technical specifications with high test coverage rate. Implementing database testing, white box testing, code differentials to drive defect discovery.
• Provide test status regularly and in time.
• Support the company IT on SDLC and ASAP (security) standards, tools, processes, and practices.
• High passion on new test technology and always adopting the latest MS tech into test methodology.

Qualifications:
B.A. / B.S. in technical degree - information systems, software engineering, computer science, or related field
5+ years overall industry experience in project delivery of computer systems.
3+ years experience on test automation/coding. C# will be a good plus.
2+ years experience in test role of complex business solutions.
2+ years in international company with both coding and testing background.
Experience with software engineering processes, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Tracked experience on high quality release with full life cycle.
Ability to plan, execute, solve problems on testing approach.
Effective written and verbal communication skills - including English language mastery, and ability to keep project leads up-to-date on status.
Teaming skills: Collaborative approach; Creative problem solving; Sound conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to be a good team player in a global environment.
Technical skills required: Testing Methodologies; Write complex SQL queries; Identify errors in SQL code; With experience on cross domain issue troubleshooting;
