Description
  1. Technical resource aligned to specific team.
  2. Quota assignment relative to account set.
  3. If account/acquisition focused, individual responsible for:
  4. Low-to-average revenue spend and/or account complexity within assigned business.
  5. Limited strategic value within assigned business.
  6. Intermediate level technical sales representative, complete understanding of segment, enterprise product/service offerings.
  7. Regular manager contact.
  8. Some coaching/mentoring required.
·为所负责的地区或行业制定销售计划，完成企业产品（服务器，存储和网络交换机）的季度销售指标。 
·制定日常的客户电话拜访计划，建立并维持长期的良好客户关系。 
·了解客户需求，通过电话和电子邮件为客户提供产品、技术解决方案。 
·跟踪客户项目，赢得客户订单 
·提升自身销售能力和企业产品解决方案知识水平 
·提供良好客户体验 
Qualifications
· Cantonese speaker
· Viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the customer and uses in-depth knowledge of Enterprise technology, products and services to help customers formulate strategy and direction.
· Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.
· Analyzes multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution.
· Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs.
· Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
· Effectively balances short term and long term priorities.
· Keeps account team up to speed on new enterprise products/services and how they can benefit from them.
· Models effective team behavior.
· 2-3 years of work/sales experience.
· 1-2 years of related, industry or segment experience—sustained/proven performance.
 
·大学本科学历或以上，5年以上IT领域的相关工作经验。 
·2年以上销售或售前客户联系经验。 
·良好的电话沟通技巧。 
·较强的英文听说及阅读能力。 
·能够在充满压力的环境中工作、快速学习并完成季度指标。 
·丰富的服务器和存储知识(包括光纤磁盘柜、磁带备份、SAN、NAS和集群系统)。 
·流利的普通话表达能力，会粤语者优先
