TS managers (C2/C3): should be capable to lead over 50 employees, non-sales team

Senior Sales Support Manager:

Main responsibilities are:

1) Managing the JP Consumer Non-Sales Team located in Dalian

2) Assist JP Consumer Dalian Director to build and organize the entire team a winning team

3) Help evolving a winning culture within the team 

4) Proactively involve and being responsible for the entire team Capacity planning

5) Increasing productivity in line with aggressive growth plan

6) Providing steady flow of Non-sales team members into sales

Qualifications:

1) Strong people skill and management 

2) University graduate, MBA preferable

3) Strong customer focus 

4) Proven record working with cross-functional departments

5) Results driven 

6) Strong Analytical skills

7) Japanese, English (required)
