Sales Director, Head of Retail Sales (China HSB)
Reporting to: Consumer GM for Greater China
Location is flexible – Beijing/Shanghai/Xiamen
Summary
As Sales Director in the HSB sales organization (Home, Small Business), candidate will be responsible for business planning and sales at kiosks, retail partner stores and retail franchise stores across China and VAR/SI programs.
Principle Accountabilities
• Identifies and pursues strategic business opportunities through partnerships and/or strategic alliances.
• Develop business plan and identify partners to drive overall China expansion plan
• Lead negotiations with potential partners and involve appropriate internal stakeholders in process
• Attains target sales goals and performance through effective management of the sales force.
• Responsible for directing sales efforts for kiosks, retail partner stores or retail franchise stores across China
• Develop sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Visits field locations to assess individual kiosks, stores and markets.
• Provides coaching and development of sales managers.
• Works with partners and franchisees to review & drive performance
• Drives his managers to effectively resolve customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customers and internal departments.
• Required to work effectively across different functions to drive performance
• Responsible for China, strategic, coordination of “go-to-market” strategies that help drive exponential sales growth into the sub-tier market place.

Experience
• At least 10 years of sales experience with at least 7 years in a management role
• Excellent understanding of China IT market
• Roles in multiple segments or other businesses a preference.
• Field sales or specialty sales (system integrator, alliance) experience a plus.
