1)    Prior to starting any search we will propose a detailed discussion about the search to fully understand what you need. In order to plan and execute a search successfully we would like to know everything that is pertinent to us identifying the right talent for you as per below:
 
  • Your company background and culture.
  • Organizational structure.
  • The role and responsibilities.
  • Requirements (Key hard skills, key soft skills).
  • Candidate demeanor and personality.
  • Timeline of the search.
  • Prioritization of information and requirements.
  • Salary information.
  • Attractive points of the position, and the company to help attract and impress potential candidates.
 
2)    Once we understand the search requirements, we plan and execute your search:
 
  • Identifying of possible target companies where talent may reside.
  • Research and analysis to develop and follow up with leads in specific target areas.
  • Meeting candidates face to face to pre-screen them on the requirements, and confirm timing of job search.
  • Presenting of the opportunity and authorization from the candidate to work as an agent on behalf of the candidate.
  • Start the introduction process.
